Using Post in Cadence
Terms of service
Effective October 17, 2026
A clear agreement for using the website and application.
These terms apply to postincadence.com and the Post in Cadence application provided by Lhovon Ventures Corp., based in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact us at contact@postincadence.com.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Connect only accounts that you are authorized to manage.
2. The service and current availability
Post in Cadence helps creators and small businesses prepare, organize, review, plan, export, and, where available, publish original social content. The public website currently provides information and contact links. Public hosted registration is not yet available. Features may be introduced, changed, limited, or withdrawn as development continues.
TikTok public publishing is not yet approved for this application. Direct publishing requires the relevant platform permissions and approvals, an eligible account, and your authorization. Post in Cadence is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok or Meta.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, process, format, display to you, and transmit that content as needed to provide the functions you request. This includes preparing previews or exports and sending approved content to your selected platform. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except as needed for restricted backups, legal obligations, or transfers already authorized.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your photos, video, music, text, likenesses, and other materials. Do not upload confidential or sensitive information unless you have the right to do so and it is necessary for your use. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of what you publish.
4. Review and publishing consent
Review the media, caption, account, visibility, interaction settings, disclosures, and scheduled time before approving a post. Approval applies to the specific revision submitted for delivery. You are responsible for music rights, commercial-content disclosures, AI-content labels, and other requirements that apply to your post.
Scheduled delivery is an attempt to publish at the selected time, not a guarantee of publication or exact timing. Platform processing, moderation, rate limits, outages, and account restrictions can delay or prevent a post. Cancellation may not be possible after delivery begins. If an outcome is uncertain, check the platform before making another publishing attempt.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or publish unlawful content.
- Impersonate others, access accounts without permission, deceive people, or distribute spam or malware.
- Evade platform restrictions, collect credentials, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Copy or distribute third-party content without the rights or permission required.
You must follow the terms and policies of each connected platform, including applicable TikTok terms and Community Guidelines. A connection through this application does not replace your agreement with that platform.
6. Fees
This website does not collect payments or enroll you in a paid subscription. Any future paid service will identify its price, billing period, cancellation rules, and applicable refund terms before you agree to a purchase. Third parties may charge you separately for their own services.
7. Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Social platforms and other services you choose operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, moderation decisions, security, or handling of information after they receive it.
8. Our materials
Except for your content and third-party materials, we and our licensors retain rights in the service’s design, software, and other materials. These terms allow you to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership or grant rights to misuse our name or branding. Any separately provided open-source software remains subject to its own license.
9. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. When you have an application account, you may export your records, disconnect channels, and request or perform account deletion. Keep copies of content you need before deleting it.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security risk, a legal requirement, or misuse. We may discontinue the service. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to export your records. Published posts must be managed on the relevant platform.
10. Availability and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee reach, engagement, revenue, platform approval, or successful publication.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss caused by third-party platform decisions or outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights or remedies. You should keep your own copies of important content.
11. Changes and general provisions
We may update these terms and will show the new effective date. We will give notice of material changes where required. If a change requires your agreement under applicable law, we will obtain it before applying that change to you.
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. These terms do not limit protections that apply to you under mandatory local law.
12. Contact
For service questions, complaints, or requests about these terms, contact Lhovon Ventures Corp., Ontario, Canada, at contact@postincadence.com.
