Privacy policy
Effective October 17, 2026
This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.
Post in Cadence is operated by Lhovon Ventures Corp., based in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy covers postincadence.com and the Post in Cadence application when we provide access to it. For privacy questions, contact contact@postincadence.com.
Current availability. This public website provides product information and contact links. It does not currently offer account registration, accept media uploads, or connect social accounts. The application sections below explain how information is handled when you are given access. Public TikTok publishing is not yet approved.
1. Information we collect
- Website visits. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, and browser information to deliver and protect this website.
- Messages you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the name you provide, and your message and attachments. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive personal information.
- Application accounts. When you use the application, it stores your name, email address, password hash, and sign-in session records. It does not store your account password in plain text.
- Your workspace. The application stores the projects, captions, notes, photos, videos, audio, schedules, and delivery records that you create or upload.
- Connected accounts. If you authorize a supported social platform, the application receives account identifiers, profile information needed to identify the destination, access and refresh tokens, available publishing settings, and post processing results. The permissions you grant control access. We do not ask for your social platform password.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the website and application, maintain your workspace, prepare previews and exports, carry out publishing actions you approve, report delivery results, answer requests, resolve errors, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use your uploaded content for advertising. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models.
Connecting an account does not by itself authorize a post. Direct publishing requires your approval of the content and destination. The application may refresh access tokens and check account settings or delivery status to support your authorized connection.
3. Cookies and tracking
This marketing website does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. Cloudflare may use necessary security technologies to protect the site. The application uses an essential sign-in cookie that expires after seven days. Blocking that cookie can prevent sign-in. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.
4. When we share information
- Service providers. Hosting, security, and email providers process information needed to provide those services. Cloudflare serves this public website.
- Social platforms. When you approve publishing through a connected account, the application sends the selected media, caption, settings, and necessary account information to that platform. Media may be made available through temporary signed URLs so the platform can retrieve it.
- Legal and safety needs. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, or address security incidents.
- A change of operator. If the service is transferred as part of a business transaction, relevant information may transfer subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards. We will provide notice where required.
TikTok and Instagram handle information they receive under their own policies. See TikTok’s Privacy Policy and Instagram’s Privacy Policy. Cloudflare explains its processing in its Privacy Policy.
5. Retention and deletion
Workspace information is kept while it is needed to provide your account and the functions you request. You can use the application’s account deletion control to remove the workspace records, stored platform tokens, and media associated with that workspace from active storage. Active publishing tasks must finish before account deletion can complete.
We keep support messages and security records only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, operate securely, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements. Any residual backup copies remain restricted until removed through the backup lifecycle; deletion from active storage does not imply immediate removal from all backups. Contact us for information about retention that applies to your data.
Deleting an account here does not delete content already sent to or published on TikTok, Instagram, or another service. Manage that content directly with the relevant platform. Copies that other people have made may remain outside our control.
6. Security and international processing
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including HTTPS, password hashing, encrypted storage for social platform tokens, and separate application workspaces. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Cloudflare operates a global network. Our providers and the social platforms you choose may process information outside your province, state, or country, where privacy laws may differ and local authorities may have lawful access. Contact us if you need more information about the processing that applies to your use.
7. Your choices and rights
You can edit your content, disconnect a channel, export workspace records, or delete your workspace through the application. Disconnecting removes the stored connection tokens and stops queued direct deliveries for that channel; it may not stop a transfer already in progress. You can also revoke access in the social platform’s own settings.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a privacy regulator. To make a request, email contact@postincadence.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limits on your request.
8. Children
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
9. Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Questions and complaints can be sent to Lhovon Ventures Corp. at contact@postincadence.com.
